– Flashback: Vegas –

I was taking a browse through my photo library, mostly because I’m going through this memory phase where I feel like I’m saying goodbye to so many different aspects of my life and entering a completely new chapter. I’m feeling very excited about school coming up in a couple months but can’t help feeling a bit anxious about moving away and saying goodbye to everyone and everything I know! However, looking at all these pictures is reminding me how ready I am for this adventure. Anyways, I could go on and on about life and adventures, and I probably will, but let’s save that for a different day because this post is about Vegas.

So, I came across some photos that I had taken back in April during a spontaneous, four day getaway and wanted to share some of the photos and outfits I wore during my stay. It was really a mother-daughter thing, we both agreed shopping and food would be great, plus, how could Vegas not be an experience? My nineteen year old self definitely had a great, wine-free time.  😉

I remember landing, checking into the hotel and heading straight to Barneys at The Grand Canal Shoppes inside the Bellagio. I literally shopped until I dropped that night… wearing 5″ heels while walking the strip for 6 hours definitely wasn’t the best idea but I clearly couldn’t resist.

Also have to mention a gem of a restaurant we stumbled upon one night and ended up getting hooked on!! Maggiano’s Little Italy at Fashion Show Mall – the pasta was almost as good as my Noona’s recipe. I highly recommend it for an authentic Italian eat. Wish I had taken a photo of the dishes but it was just that good.

We watched the water show at the Bellagio. Five Times. It was beautiful and we just couldn’t leave.

I had such a lovely few days and spending it with my best friend made it all the more fun and special. I loved sharing this trip so much I can’t wait to gather all the photos from my trip to India and share those in an upcoming post. Stay tuned…

xx, A
